Before I took part in the Back to Your Mat 21 Day Series, I was really struggling with self discipline and motivation. Also, to be completely transparent, inspiration. I think we all go through those hills and valleys in our health journey, as well as our walk with Christ. While our faith may not waiver, and He surely does not, sometimes we tend to drift. No matter the reasons, we all find ourselves there at one point or another. 


After completing the series, I felt rejuvenated, motivated and connected to God on another level. I was so inspired by Sheridan. Her transparency and honesty were so comforting. The flows were exactly what I needed and the daily devotional videos were from the heart. You felt as if you were sitting down with a friend over coffee, chatting about all the real and beautiful aspects of life. The private group - where we all got to chat and answer the questions Sheridan had asked was also amazing. The whole experience was life giving and just what I needed in that season. 


In fact, for the first time, I had been still enough to listen to God (and follow His calling) that I finally signed up for a faith based Yoga training!


This series was everything He knew I needed and more. You could feel His presence throughout the 21 days and I was so sad when it was over. Luckily, I have the entire series in the Kajabi app and I can go through it as many times as I'd like. Which thank goodness, because I will actually be doing the series all over after falling off again. We're all just messy human beings that need His help through another human being that He uses as His hands and feet!

Before the series I was struggling with taking any time for myself.  As a mom of five and I homeschool my youngest, time is hard to find. And I felt guilty if I took time for myself.  This series helped me get back on my mat, take time for myself with God. It helped me realize I deserve to fill myself up with feel good movement and scripture so I can be a better person for everyone else.

The series was great for me because it didn't start into an hr of crazy postures but met me right where I was at. It helped me get back into a rhythm as well. I could also stop and pause and come back if needed. Thank you for this series! Especially with everything going on in this world, it's easy to focus on the wrong things or the worry but this helped ground me back to Jesus.

After having a baby, I had a hard time getting back to any type of workout routine or yoga practice, which I was missing very much.  I knew I wanted yoga back into my life, but was struggling to find the time and program.
