Meet Sheridan
Sheridan is a yoga instructor and your host for this challenge! She's from Tulsa Oklahoma and is a wife, a mama to a busy little boy, and a dog mama to a golden retriever!
She used to practice daily, taught many classes each week, and loved doing crazy inversions! But she found that coming back to her yoga mat was tough after becoming a first time mama.
After her son was born it was hard to find time to get on her mat. She also found that her body and practice had changed dramatically, and it was hard to find the motivation and determination to get things going again.
After some rough patches and time on her mat with God, she slowly began to build her practice back up. Her practice still doesn't look like it used to, but that's part of the secret...learning to love where you're at and showing up regardless!
Now she's ready to help lead others back into their practice and help restore the joy, peace, and energy they once felt when they practiced more consistently!
