Logistics

Ready to join us but just want a few extra logistical details? Here’s what you need to know when booking your travel, flight, and accommodations.

  • Dates: November 7th, 8th, 9th, & 10th
  • VIP Day: November 6th (for VIP attendees only)
  • Airport: Tulsa International Airport (TUL)

Refund Policy

We understand life happens! Due to the cost and logistics of planning this retreat, in the event that something comes up and you need to cancel, here’s what we can offer you: 

  • Up to 45 + days prior to retreat = Full refund, minus a $50 processing fee. 
  • Up to 30 days prior to retreat  = 50% refund 
  • If you cancel within 30 days of retreat a refund will not be available. You can:
    • Sell your seat to a friend who can take your place!
    • Use 50% of your ticket as a credit toward a future event (or other CDY product, such as Next Steps). Simply reply to any of our emails to request the transfer.
